Rejoice with your family...
in the beautiful land of life...
.....Albert Einstein
There are memories tied up in this Christmas...
that I will treasure forever...
we had two beautiful days of celebration...
with all of our children... grand children
and extended family together...
it was nothing short of magical...
but it was also bitter sweet...
because this is the last Christmas I think...
that a beautiful but very sick family member will share with us...
in many ways it was moving and emotional...
there was laughter and frivolity...
tears were shed... memories relived...
and
the love was truly tangible...
I did feel so grateful though...
to have been given the opportunity to really express
just how much I love them...
I did feel so grateful though...
to have been given the opportunity to really express
just how much I love them...
times like these really puts everything into perspective...
and...
I was SO totally unprepared for the beautiful emotion filled reactions
I was SO totally unprepared for the beautiful emotion filled reactions
that the 'Love Cards' created...
I ended up making twelve sets in the end...
housed in sewn and stamped book pages...
every card in the set contained a photo, collage and heart felt words...
that I truly felt were special to the person receiving them...
and there was a personal note for each one inside as well...
they certainly were a joy to create...
I was totally spoilt...
and gifted with thought filled deliciousness...
here is just a snippet of the loveliness...
fabulous reading material filled with eye candy...
and a table easel... which I already love...
and to top it all off...
the gorgeous Jill Berry texture stencils...
which I won on Jane Davenport's blog...
arrived on Christmas Eve...
I hope that your Christmas/Holiday Celebrations....
were filled with joy... and mega amounts of love...
till next time...
